I'll try to be as clear as possible. My Lenovo 330171DK came with Windows 10 pre-installed. I.' m using Microsoft Edge.
When I go in to Facebook Gameroom the games say I need the most recent update or version of Flash Player and directs me to an Adobe page. I have followed those instructions numerous times: Go to settings/advanced settings to make sure that Use Flash Player is on.
When I click on Test Flash Player: Flash Player is currently disabled. I've contacted Adobe, Gameroom feedback and you at least twice. I've gone to forums/communities, going to various websites recommended in the forums. I just want to know how I can enable Flash Player.
I don't need to go to the page that tells me to go to advanced settings, etc. Just tell me how to do it. I don't want a long, convoluted explanation that many developers are steering away from Flash Player and going to so and so. I hope a live person answers this.Roberta Gibson:). Here is the situation as it stands now: On File Explorer I had a couple of FacebookGameroom.exe files and I right clicked one of them, selected TROUBLESHOOT COMPATIBILITY and ran it using the settings for Windows 8 (no, Win 10wasn't on the list of OSs). Up popped a windows showing it was installing. When that was finished I brought up the start menu and there was the program. The big problem was that, on clicking, it did not open. I then right clicked the entry, selected RUNAS ADMINISTRATOR, nothing doing either. On a hunch, I opened CONTROL PANEL, selected PROGRAMS & FEATURES and surprise, Facebook Gameroom wasn't on the list!!???: Why would Facebook Gameroom have shown up on the START MENU but be missing on the program list,when it was there before all this started happening?
