I have obtained the Lamona fault matrix service manual and run the cycle and interrogated the 'five light' fault code system.

This code system does not seem too reliable but I have now got the NTC faulty code (not the heater error, curiously). In your expert opinions, should I just replace the NTC, or could it be the heater that is more likely to be faulty?
